RunWell Coaching offers individual and group coaching referrals for runners! Yes, some of our affiliate coaches are elite athletes, athletes with degrees in Exercise Science and experience in physical therapy, biomechanics, and the kinetic chain. They are also down to earth great people who will work one-on-one with you to reach your specific running or racing goals.
No need to be an elite runner to hire a running coach! We help all runners, whether you're just starting out or a seasoned runner. Run farther, faster, ward off injuries, improve running form and overall fitness through a customized training plan designed just for you.

Need the support and guidance of a personal running coach?
One-on-one sessions include video analysis of running form, analysis of running mechanics, form drills, learning proper pacing for speedwork, tempo, up-tempo, progression, threshold and more, developing aerobic power, cross training, injury prevention, fueling your run, and of course to provide support and guidance through your training periods.
Are you motivated to get out there, but just need a customized training plan to follow?
Already have a training plan and the motivation, but want to get faster, stronger, and more efficient?
Specialized 10 week clinic may be for you, to improve running economy, stride length, stride frequency, power off the foot, and more!
Meet with your coach once per week in a group setting to complete a planned workout.

Cost - $200 (10 week program)
This is a 10 week program for beginners! People who have never ran before or who haven't ran in a several years. We start out alternating running with walking. Over time, we decrease the walking, increase the running, and at the end of 10 weeks....you're running 3.1 miles!
We meet as a group for our discussion and group training once a week. We discuss some topic related to running for about 20 minutes, we stretch together and train together as a group. The weekly meetings will be conducted in person (depending on geography) or online via LIVE webcasts. If you cannot be present for the weekly discussion, you can watch the discussion session online LIVE or On Demand. The discussions will be saved for two weeks. If you fall behind more than two weeks, you should start the Program over from the beginning.
After our weekly discussion and training, everyone receives a Weekly Training Schedule for the following week. This is your HOMEWORK! You will complete the workouts as scheduled, mark off that you completed it, and how it went. I will check in on you via email, text messages and during our midweek group training runs (depending on geography). We use a mobile phone application called TrainingPeaks to push your weekly training program out to you, track progress, and provide feedback.
Group training has it's benefits. Train with others toward the same goal - running a half or full marathon.
Cost - Is determined by our coach based on the needs of the group, duration, in-person sessions, etc.

Most of us have had enough sugar to last a lifetime (or more). We've had the "sugar experience" and it's time to move on. Let's hit the reset button.
This is a Program designed to promote awareness of our habits, weaknesses, and this perpetual cycle. Learn how sugar affects our bodies, where sugar hides, how we are manipulated by packaging, serving sizes, portions and more. This Program is led with compassion and understanding, not judgement. The more we understand, the more we are compelled to make a change.
Join us for group classes to improve core strength, flexibility, and inner peace and mental focus.
Core Strength for Runners
In our culture, sitting is the new smoking. While sitting, we do not fire our glutes or core muscles at all. Your core supports your spine, hips, back, posture and is important for functional movements in our daily lives. Increase your core stability to improve balance, efficiency and ward off injuries during physical activities. Everyone should be strengthening their core.

Morning Meditation, Run & Coffee
Quiet the mind, and the soul will speak. Many of us are controlled by our thoughts, and overloaded with stimulation. Meditation techniques encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm, allowing self-awareness, and a more peaceful, energized state of mind. We will begin with a 30-minute guided mediation, followed by an easy 3 mile mindfulness run or walk to reflect on the meditation. Coffee to follow and then you're off to seize the day!

Yoga - 1 Hour Personal Yoga Session
Schedule a 1-Hour Personal Yoga Session with Nancy from Center Path Yoga. Improve flexibility, range of motion and manage soft tissue for faster recovery after long weekend miles.
